Executive Director

Kadir Demir

A graduate in biomedical sciences, Kadir Demir is actively involved in education, training and international cooperation. He maintains active relationships with Brussels political institutions, European bodies and stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem, as well as regional authorities, educational NGOs and European networks linked to STEM entrepreneurship and broader participation.

Selim Ardağ

Passionate about inclusive education, Selim coordinates diversity and inclusion programmes in Brussels, working with underrepresented communities, including young people from immigrant backgrounds, first-generation students and multilingual learners. His caring approach and hands-on experience make him a key figure in educational guidance at BRED.

Mehmet Namni

With solid experience in financial management, Mehmet has contributed to coordinating European projects, including Erasmus+ initiatives focused on education, social inclusion and youth development. He helps ensure the transparency and sustainability of BRED’s educational projects and is fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Hasan Kayman

A graduate in business information technology, Hasan has extensive experience in science education and digital literacy. He leads STEM awareness workshops for young people from diverse backgrounds and works with universities and secondary schools in Brussels on curriculum-related innovation activities in support of BRED’s educational mission.
